1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or placing an order for our services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or have the authority to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of your organisation.
• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
• All information you provide to us is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.

Logic Load Couriers reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Service Description

Logic Load Couriers provides courier and logistics services including, but not limited to: road freight, air freight, sea freight, express courier delivery, international courier, e-commerce fulfilment, customs clearance, bulk cargo handling, and packaging support.

All service engagements are subject to the following conditions:

• Services are provided subject to capacity availability, carrier schedules, and applicable regulations.
• Estimated transit times are provided as a guide only and do not constitute a guaranteed delivery date unless expressly stated in a written service agreement.
• You are responsible for ensuring that all cargo is legally permissible for transport and that accurate descriptions, weights, and dimensions are declared at the time of booking.
• We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue any shipment that we reasonably believe may be prohibited, hazardous, or in violation of applicable laws.
• Our website is provided for informational and enquiry purposes. It does not constitute a binding offer to provide services until confirmed in writing by Logic Load Couriers.

3. Liability Limitations

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Logic Load Couriers limits its liability as follows:

• Loss or damage in transit — our liability for loss of or damage to cargo is limited to the declared value of the shipment or the applicable industry standard maximum, whichever is lower, unless enhanced coverage has been arranged and confirmed in writing.
• Delays — we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, port congestion, customs delays, industrial action, natural disasters, or government-imposed restrictions.
• Indirect loss — we accept no liability for indirect, consequential, or economic loss including lost profit, lost contracts, or business interruption arising from any failure or delay in our services.
• Website use — while we strive to keep our website accurate and available, we do not warrant that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. Use of the website is at your own risk.
• Third-party carriers — where shipments are handled in whole or in part by third-party carriers, those carriers' own terms and liability limits will apply to their portion of the transit.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

4. Payment Terms

The following payment conditions apply to all services rendered by Logic Load Couriers:

• All fees are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise specified in writing. International transactions may be quoted in an agreed foreign currency.
• Unless a credit account has been approved, payment is due in full prior to the collection or dispatch of any shipment.
• Credit account holders are subject to payment terms as specified in their account agreement, typically 30 days from date of invoice.
• Overdue accounts may be subject to interest at the maximum permissible rate under the National Credit Act and/or suspension of services until the outstanding balance is settled.
• Quoted prices are based on the information provided at the time of enquiry. Additional charges may apply for re-weighing, address corrections, failed deliveries, storage, or unforeseen customs duties and taxes.
• All prices are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate unless specifically stated as VAT-inclusive.

5. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to them or our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

• You consent to the jurisdiction of the South African courts for the resolution of any dispute arising from these Terms or our services.
• In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first to seek resolution before initiating formal legal proceedings. Most matters can be resolved through direct communication.
• For international shipments, applicable international conventions such as the Warsaw Convention, Montreal Convention, or the Carriage of Goods by Sea Act may also govern certain aspects of our liability.
• If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
